This policy explains what personal data Needly collects and how we use it. Needly is operated by Maja Ferina Shapteva, Veles, North Macedonia, who is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: [email protected].
1. Data we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the service you sell (if provided), the country your request came from, and the sign-up date.
- Account data: name, email, company website and settings you provide.
- Connected accounts: credentials or tokens for email accounts and AI providers you connect, stored encrypted and used only to run the service for you.
- Prospect data: business information that Needly collects from public sources (such as business names, websites, public contact details and public reviews) to find and contact prospects on your behalf.
- Billing: payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your card details.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use data
- to run Needly and provide the features you use;
- to contact you about your waitlist spot, your account and important changes;
- to prevent abuse, spam and fraud;
- to improve the product.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, based on your consent (for example, joining the waitlist), and based on our legitimate interests in running and securing the service. Where Needly processes prospect data on your behalf, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those businesses.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Needly, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Paddle (payments), our cloud server provider, email delivery providers, and AI providers such as Anthropic. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
5. Retention
Waitlist data is kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States, with appropriate safeguards in place.
8. Changes
We will post updates on this page and notify account holders of material changes by email.
